Java Applet: New Jersey Area Code Checker

If your browser doesn't run Java applets, you'll see this message. Sorry!
To use Java, you must have a 32-bit version of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer and a 32 bit operating system. While Netscape has released a version of its Navigator browser that supports Java in the Windows 3.11 and Windows for Workgroups environments, we recommend that you get a 32-bit operating system such as Windows 95 or Windows NT Workstation.
If you have all that and you're still seeing this message, then you probably have Java disabled in your browser.

In Netscape Navigator, go to Options | Network | Languages and be sure "Enable Java" is checked. If this option is not available to you, you will be able to run Java applets.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to View | Options | Security and check "Enable Java Programs."

If you are using the AOL browser, you may wish to change to Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. You may need to update your dialer, as well. Instructions for these upgrades can be found in AOL's tech support sections.
